Ted 2 (2015)

Ted, who started his own life, is now married to his girlfriend Tammy-Lynn and is a happy teddy bear. Having a great sex life, Ted wants to be a father and asks John to be a sperm donor for him. While everything seems to be going well, their dreams are shattered by a letter from the sperm bank. Because, in order to have a baby with this method, he must first prove that he is a human! Ted must now convince the law that he is a person of spirit, of feelings, to prove that he has equal rights under US law as other citizens.
