When Edna, an elderly woman, suddenly disappears, authorities reach out to her daughter Kay. As soon as Kay finds out about her mother's disappearance, she and her daughter Sam go to the house where her childhood passed, where her mother lived. Kay and Sam wait at home, hoping to hear some news about Edna. After a few days, Edna suddenly appears. Edna, who does not reveal where she is, appears undamaged except for a large bruise on her chest. As the days pass, Edna's strange behavior starts to make Kay and Sam nervous.
