Rumors of a mysterious pill spread through the streets of New Orleans. Different super powers emerge in those who use the pill. However, nobody knows what will happen until they take the pill. While some of those who use the pill gain powers such as invisibility, having a special skin, some others experience fatal reactions. A local police officer takes action when the pill's spread in the city causes a serious increase in the area's crime rate.
