Coraline (2009)

Coraline moves into an old house, where she is bored and neglected by her family. One day, she finds a secret door leading to a narrow passage and decides to go through it. She discovers a parallel life there. In that life, all people have buttons for their eyes, their families are very interested in their children, and everyone's dreams come true. When her mother invites Coraline to live with them forever, Coraline refuses. She later discovers that this alternate reality is just a trap, she says.
